Diet In A Box: The Diet Plan That Works For Me
Ever since I found out I was pregnant, I tried to be careful with the things I eat and I do. Just last month, I discovered that I can level up my diet plan. I found this convenient local diet service provider that delivers door to door without a hassle. I knew about this a year before but I just tried it last week. At first, I was a bit hesitant since I’m not really that kind of person who eats healthily. But my doctor suggested that I should have a diet plan which suits my needs. That’s when Diet In A Box comes in.
Diet In A Box has 3 diet options to choose from:
Calorie Counted Diet Meal Plan (a.k.a. Diet In A Box)
Ketogenic Diet Meal Plan (a.k.a. Keto-Go)
High Protein Diet Meal Plan (a.k.a Lean Machine)
If you want to watch your calorie intake, the best diet plan for you is the Diet in a Box. For people who are into low carb diet, you can choose Keto-Go. Those who are currently training for heavy performances such as marathon or under some gym program or are athletes, the best fit for you is the Lean Machine since it focuses on high protein content and less carbs and fats.
I chose the Calorie Counted Diet Meal Plan for lunch and dinner. I was so excited to try this diet because it’s my first time to really be serious with what I eat. The meals were good and I was able to consume everything. One thing that bothers me though is I usually eat them a bit cold since you need to store them in a fridge to keep it fresh. But not really a big deal at all.
I took some photos of the meals I had. You can also check what is it by the caption.

How To Get Started
The first thing to do is to check the diet plan that’s best for you. Weekly prices vary from P1,500 to P3,500 depending on your plan and how frequently you’ll have it (2 meals a day or 3 meals a day). They also charge for deliveries (P50-P200 per day depending on your location). Everyday, your foods are delivered once so you need to store them in the fridge to keep it fresh for your next meal. You also have the option to choose what time you’ll have it delivered.
For people who have allergies or would want to have a customized meal, you can also try this out. Feel free to reach them with your own requests or preference. The cost for this might vary than the regular menu. Be sure to check the quotation before having the subscription.
All in all it was a great experience trying out their meals. I personally love the idea that it is convenient and it helps me a lot with my diet. I might keep this kind of lifestyle until my doctor says so.
